Construction of a new luxury housing development begins in Casares

The Spanish real estate developer Caledonian and the American hotel company Marriott have already laid the foundation stone for a new luxury project located on the Costa del Sol. Its name is The St. Regis Residences, Casares - Costa del Sol, situated between Sotogrande (Cádiz) and Marbella, in Finca Cortesin.

Specifically, the first phase of the construction has begun, which will include the first four buildings of the St. Regis promotion—the first in our country—with 26 of the final 46 residences, the reception, and the leisure and gym area, as well as a spa. This will be housed in a building of its own, covering 1,250 square meters, featuring massage services, catering, a bar, wine cellar, library, workroom, lounges for children's parties, a spa with sauna, Turkish bath, water jets, billiards room, cinema, and an indoor heated pool of almost 90 square meters, in addition to another outdoor pool more than 17 meters wide and 22 meters long.

These first four buildings—which are expected to be completed by 2027—will include all residential types available for purchase, with prices ranging from 2.4 to 7.5 million euros. These will be two, three, and four-bedroom residences, ground floors with pools, first floors, and penthouses with pools, with sizes ranging from 270 to 590 square meters.

All homes will have views of the Mediterranean from every room, special soundproofing treatment to improve acoustic insulation, underfloor heating and cool ceilings, independent air conditioning in each room, ultra-quiet central extraction ventilation system, solid oak wood interiors, concrete, glass, and wood exteriors with minimalist designs, cutting-edge appliances for bathrooms and kitchens, and biometric technology for access to each home, as well as various types of customization inside and outside each residence.

Additionally, the development will feature a butler service that includes personalized deliveries, laundry and linen washing, room service, minor repairs, making occasional or sporadic orders such as grocery shopping to stock the fridge and pantry, organizing any event within the development or something more private, reservations at restaurants or leisure experiences, caterings, private tutors for children, etc.

The sales office will be inaugurated this month at the construction site, while the first show apartment is expected to be operational in December.
