Job Opportunities for 160 People

Adecco has launched a recruitment process to hire 160 customer service call centre agents for a company located in the Arroyo de la Miel-Benalmádena Costa area.

Successful applicants will answer calls, resolve questions and incidents and provide responses adapted to customers’ needs.

The recruitment process represents one of the largest recent collective job offers on the Costa del Sol and will provide opportunities in telephone assistance and customer enquiry management.

Candidate Requirements

The positions are aimed at people with strong communication skills, an ability to express themselves clearly and good spelling.

Applicants must also be comfortable using digital tools, as much of the work will involve customer service applications and call management systems.

Adecco will additionally consider a positive attitude, commitment, willingness to learn and the ability to handle enquiries in a clear and effective manner.

Paid Training Before Starting Work

Selected candidates must complete paid in-person training in Benalmádena. The programme will run from 16 to 30 November and introduce the tools and procedures required for the role.

Employment is scheduled to begin on 1 December 2026, immediately after the training period finishes.

This preparation will ensure that new employees understand the service, customer care procedures and applications used by the company before beginning their duties.

A 30-Hour Working Week

The positions involve a 30-hour working week. Candidates must be available from Monday to Sunday, as the service will operate through a shift system.

Employees may work either morning or afternoon shifts, depending on scheduling and the company’s requirements.

The initial contract will last one month, although Adecco states that there are genuine possibilities of continued employment beyond this first period.

How to Apply

Interested candidates must apply through Adecco’s employment portal, where they can consult the complete conditions and submit their professional details.

Before applying, candidates should ensure they are available to attend the in-person training from 16 to 30 November and begin working on 1 December.
