Maserati strengthens its presence in Malaga with a new dealership

Maserati is expanding its presence in the province of Málaga with the opening of a new dealership located at Avenida Velázquez, 468. With this opening, the Italian luxury brand continues its expansion strategy within Spain, offering an experience without the need to leave the capital of Málaga, with sales and after-sales services. The new opening follows the sale of the Maserati dealership belonging to Grupo Nieto Automoción to Grupo Safamotor, in a mutually beneficial operation between the two automotive giants in the province.

To inaugurate its opening, the brand held a welcome event last Thursday, June 19, at La Zambra Resort Mijas for clients and media. For the occasion, some of the most iconic models from the current Maserati catalog were displayed, such as the MC-20 supercar, the renewed Maserati Gran Turismo, or the brand's current bestseller, the Grecale.

In recent years, the trident brand has experienced a resurgence with the arrival of numerous new models, both gasoline and fully electric. Stellantis, the automotive group behind Maserati, is making a strong commitment to renew the luxury firm's catalog, resulting in models that compete head-to-head with the biggest in the market. In the SUV segment, the Grecale stands out as the brand's current bestseller, a high-performance C-SUV that is available in both gasoline and electric versions. The renewed Maserati Gran Turismo, which remains true to the initial philosophy of its first generation: a grand luxury coupe devouring kilometers. It is one of the last resisting the onslaught of current trends. The Gran Turismo, like the Grecale, is available in both gasoline and fully electric versions.

These models are joined by the highly anticipated MC-20, a supercar launched in 2020 that takes over from the legendary MC-12 from the early century. It is one of the most emblematic and beautiful models currently on the market. To move, it shuns electrifications and sticks with a V6 heart nicknamed 'Nettuno' capable of developing 630 horsepower, accelerating from zero to a hundred in just 2.88 seconds, and reaching a top speed of 325 kilometers per hour.
