Mantequerías Arias has announced the launch of Mantequera Rondeña, a butter described as “unique in the Spanish market,” made exclusively with goat milk cream and produced entirely artisanally at the renowned brand's factory in the industrial estate of Ronda.

The company has assured that the new butter is handcrafted, from production to packaging, following traditional methods that ensure a premium product meeting the highest quality standards. Each piece is made from fresh goat cream, to which natural ferments are added to develop its distinctive aroma and flavor.

Additionally, it was also revealed that this new product is entirely produced at the factory located in the Ronda industrial estate. The new product is available in two formats: a 120-gram block in boxes of 4 units, and a professional 1.1-kilogram bar, considered the most suitable size for hospitality and catering.

Regarding its characteristics, they noted that it “stands out for its pure and natural goat milk flavor, with a slight lactic acidity from the cream fermentation, lightly salted and with a mild flavor.”

Similarly, they also highlighted the mouthfeel upon consumption, stating that “its natural white color, characteristic of goat milk, and its melting texture in the mouth make it a unique butter, different from cow milk butters on the market.

Moreover, they emphasized that this new butter is handcrafted, from production to packaging, following traditional methods that “guarantee a premium product that meets the highest standards of quality.”

On the other hand, they have assured the long durability of the product while preserving all its qualities, as “one of the most innovative elements of the product is its double layer of coating that acts as a real ‘second skin’. The inner aluminum prevents the effects of light and fat oxidation, while the outer paper protects the packaging and provides a high-end aesthetic.”

After the launch, this special butter will be available in stores specializing in gourmet products, both online and physically in some gourmet clubs of renowned shopping centers.

For now, some of the first blocks have already been tested, as is the case with the city's mayor herself, María de la Paz Fernández, who took to her social media to congratulate the brand on this initiative.
