Estepona Vive sus Calles 2026: Concerts, Theatre and Activities from 9 to 11 October


Estepona will celebrate a new autumn edition of Vive sus Calles from 9 to 11 October. Seguridad Social will headline a programme featuring concerts, microtheatre, flamenco, jazz, workshops, a scavenger hunt, an escape room and children’s attractions across the town.

Three Days of Activities Across Estepona

Estepona will fill its streets with music, culture and entertainment during the weekend of 9 to 11 October 2026.

The Estepona Vive sus Calles autumn programme features more than ten activities held in squares, cultural venues and landmark locations throughout the town.

Designed for different age groups, the programme combines rock, jazz, flamenco and traditional Spanish music with theatre, creative workshops, games, children’s entertainment and sporting activities.

Microtheatre, Rock and Flamenco on Friday 9 October

The programme will begin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday with four short theatre productions performed in different parts of the town centre.

Shows will take place in Plaza San Francisco at 7:00 p.m., Casa de las Tejerinas at 7:30 p.m., Plaza Blas Infante at 8:00 p.m. and the Paseíllo on Calle Real at 8:30 p.m.

At 7:30 p.m., the international Love to Sing choir will give a charity concert at Mirador del Carmen in aid of the Emaús Social Kitchen. Tickets cost €10.

Guitarist and singer Steven Anderton will perform rock classics near Castillo de San Luis at 8:00 p.m. The evening will finish at 9:00 p.m. with Salvador Andrades’ Magia Andaluza flamenco show at the Orchidarium.

Escape Room, Workshops and Scavenger Hunt

Saturday’s programme will begin at 11:00 a.m. with the Metamorfosis painting workshop, led by Rubén Terriza at the Contemporary Cultures Library. Attendance is free with advance registration.

Padre Manuel Cultural Centre will host the Universo Mágico escape room from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The experience includes themed board games and escape challenges for groups of eight participants.

A creative hand-painted jewellery workshop will also take place on Calle Terraza, while a scavenger hunt will depart from Plaza Antonia Guerrero at 7:00 p.m.

Seguridad Social Live in Estepona

Saturday evening’s music will begin at 8:30 p.m. in Plaza del Reloj with Entre el mar y el jazz, performed by the Joaquín Castellano Jazz Quartet.

At 9:00 p.m., Rafael Álvarez, known as El Brujo, will present his theatrical monologue Iconos o la exploración del destino at Teatro Auditorio Felipe VI.

The headline concert will begin at 10:00 p.m. in Plaza del Ajedrez, where veteran Spanish rock band Seguridad Social will perform live.

Marathon and City Jump on Sunday 11 October

Sunday will begin at 8:15 a.m. with the first Estepona Jardín de la Costa del Sol Marathon, departing from the Municipal Athletics Stadium. The event will also include the fifth Half Marathon.

Children can enjoy City Jump, a trampoline park installed at the Exhibition and Conference Centre. Sessions will run from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

A total of 1,200 invitations have been made available, divided between one-hour sessions with a maximum of 150 participants per slot.

Klaudya and a Tribute to Carlos Cano

At 8:00 p.m., Málaga soprano Klaudya will present Renacer at Teatro Auditorio Felipe VI.

The winner of Spanish television competition Aria: Locos por la Ópera will perform opera, Spanish song and zarzuela accompanied by Ensemble So Perfect and guest artist Iris Oboe.

The weekend will end at 9:00 p.m. in Plaza del Reloj with Coplas que van y vienen, Juan Santamaría’s tribute to renowned Andalusian singer-songwriter Carlos Cano.
