AEDAS Homes launches the commercialization of its latest development in the new neighborhood of Estepona, Vanian.

The developer AEDAS Homes has launched the commercialization of Vanian Park, a development consisting of 50 homes that will complete the transformation of the Torre Vigía sector, in the new Vanian neighborhood in the Selwo area of Estepona, and which will include common areas with gardens, an outdoor pool, and a gym, as highlighted this Friday by the company's Costa del Sol promotions manager, Paula Algarra.

Thus, the project manager pointed out that “Vanian Park has been conceived by AEDAS Homes as a further step towards the excellence in residential living that the company always seeks, which is reflected in homes with larger interior surfaces and also in larger private outdoor spaces in ground-floor homes with gardens, homes with terraces, and penthouses with solariums,” according to a statement released by the company, noting that construction will begin “shortly.”

Algarra noted that the residential project does not exhaust the density of housing units, aiming to create a product with larger surfaces, and also highlighted the location of the Vanian Park development, close to the urban center of Estepona and the beach.

She detailed that the new Vanian Park promotion will consist of 50 exclusive homes distributed in four blocks, with 2 and 3 bedrooms, featuring gardens of almost 70 square meters on average on the ground floor, terraces of 50 meters in the higher properties, and solariums of 70 in the top-floor houses.

Additionally, she pointed out that all properties include a garage and storage room, and the development will offer common areas with gardens, an outdoor pool, a gym, and a social room that will host a lounge with a kitchen and coworking space.

The Costa del Sol promotions manager also emphasized the “careful” and “modern architectural design” of Vanian Park, in line with the rest of AEDAS Homes' developments in the area; as well as the “sustainable character of the residential,” which will have an A energy rating thanks to features such as aerothermal energy, double glazing with thermal break, or photovoltaic panels.

On the other hand, she stressed that Vanian Park has national and international communications, being 45 minutes away from the airports of Málaga and Gibraltar, and from the AVE station, and also by car, with access to the A-7 highway.

Paula Algarra highlighted that this product is “perfect for a local demand seeking a primary residence, national customers desiring a second home on the Costa del Sol, and international clients wishing to live or spend long seasons in an exclusive home by the beach in Spain.”

More than 400 homes in the sector

The manager indicated that “Vanian Park represents the last opportunity to acquire a new-build quality home from AEDAS Homes in the Vanian sector, where the developer has already carried out other projects such as Vanian Views and Vanian Gardens with more than 400 homes in total.”
