The French tourism group, established in 1967 and a reference in Europe for holiday apartments and resorts, Pierre & Vacances, is consolidating its presence on the Costa del Sol. The company announces the opening of a new hotel in Torremolinos. This is a four-star establishment with 243 rooms, an outdoor pool, parking, buffet restaurant, pool bar, a lobby bar, and a terrace with views.

Pierre & Vacances indicate that this is the eighth addition to the chain on the Costa del Sol and the fiftieth in Spain and Andorra. "Located in the center of the town, the hotel is presented as an ideal option for both holiday tourism and city breaks. This opening also responds to the company's goal of boosting its presence in destinations with less seasonality and strong national and international demand," they detail.

Óscar Güell, general manager of Pierre & Vacances in Spain, states that "the establishment in Torremolinos marks our 50th establishment in Spain and Andorra, a milestone that reflects our commitment to sustainable growth and quality in the most demanded tourist destinations."

Furthermore, he explains that with this opening and the first venture in Ibiza with 22 fully renovated apartments, "they consolidate their growth plan" and specify that "these additions reaffirm the chain's commitment to expanding in prominent tourist enclaves, especially in the Balearic Islands and the Costa del Sol, two of its main focus areas."

These two openings are part of the expansion plan announced at the beginning of the year, which envisages sustained growth in strategic locations such as the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, and the Costa del Sol, as well as in major Spanish cities. It is worth remembering that this group has a portfolio of more than 5,600 units and a presence in more than 260 destinations in Europe. "Pierre & Vacances continues to position itself as one of the main players in the tourism sector in southern Europe, which already has more than eight million customers," they emphasize.
