El Último de la Fila returns to the stage. The iconic duo formed by Manolo García and Quimi Portet has confirmed their return to music, and in 2026 they will tour all over Spain after almost three decades away from concerts.

Formed in 1985 in Barcelona succeeding Los Rápidos and Los Burros, El Último de la Fila broke into the music scene with a unique style, blending influences of rock, pop, and flamenco. With a career full of accolades and multiple gold and platinum records, they achieved great success in Spain, Europe, and Latin America. Since their official split in 1998, both García and Portet have developed productive solo careers, which will now converge again.

The group's new tour in 2026 will make a stop in Málaga, specifically in Fuengirola, and will also offer concerts in Roquetas de Mar, Madrid, San Sebastián, A Coruña, Avilés, Sevilla, Barcelona, and Valencia. Tickets for the tour will be available starting May 29 at ticketmaster.es

'El Último de la Fila' released their album 'Desbarajuste Piramidal' in November 2023 after 25 years apart. The album included re-recordings of several of their most iconic songs, although its protagonists insisted that it did not signify their comeback since both Portet and García emphasize that they had never "left" the music scene.
