Mägo de Oz, Chambao and El Arrebato Headline Nerja Feria’s Free Concerts
Plaza de España will host four nights of free music from 9 to 12 October, featuring Mägo de Oz, Chambao, El Arrebato, Samuel G., José de las Heras and Samueliyo Baby. Nerja Feria will also include children’s activities, a religious procession, daytime celebrations and reduced-price rides.
Five Days of Feria in Nerja
Nerja will celebrate its 2026 Feria from Thursday 8 to Monday 12 October in honour of its patron saints, Our Lady of Sorrows and Saint Michael the Archangel.
The programme combines concerts, religious traditions, children’s activities, fairground rides and performances by local groups.
Events will take place in Plaza de España, Balcón de Europa, the town centre and the main fairground. All major performances announced for Plaza de España will be free.
Mägo de Oz Opens the Concert Programme
The first major concert will take place on Friday 9 October. Mägo de Oz will perform in Plaza de España at 11:30 p.m., following support acts beginning at 9:00 p.m.
The Spanish band will bring its combination of rock, folk and Celtic-influenced music to Nerja.
Admission will be free, with no advance ticket or booking required. Access will be available until the venue reaches capacity.
Chambao Performs on Saturday
Chambao will headline the programme on Saturday 10 October. The Málaga group will perform at 11:30 p.m. in Plaza de España, following support acts from 9:00 p.m.
The concert will feature Chambao’s distinctive fusion of flamenco, electronic rhythms and Mediterranean sounds.
It will follow one of the Feria’s most traditional days, including the main religious events honouring Nerja’s patron saints.
El Arrebato Comes to Plaza de España
El Arrebato will perform in Plaza de España on Sunday 11 October from 11:00 p.m.
The Seville-born singer will present some of the best-known songs from a career combining pop, flamenco and rumba.
Sunday’s programme will also feature local groups, choirs and traditional music at Balcón de Europa, as well as a musical parade through the town centre.
Urban Music Closes the Feria
The final day will offer entertainment aimed particularly at children, families and younger audiences.
A musical tribute to Beauty and the Beast will begin in Plaza de España at noon on Monday 12 October. Admission to the family show will be free.
Samuel G., José de las Heras and Samueliyo Baby will perform from 8:00 p.m., closing the Feria’s main music programme with a special youth event.
Free Concert Programme

All these performances will take place in Plaza de España and admission will be free.
Patron Saints’ Procession
The principal religious ceremonies honouring Saint Michael the Archangel and Our Lady of Sorrows will take place on Saturday 10 October.
Mass will begin at 7:00 p.m. in El Salvador Church. The solemn procession will then leave at 8:00 p.m. and travel through Nerja’s streets, accompanied by music and a traditional firework display.
Daytime Feria activities will also bring children’s entertainment, flamenco, choirs and local performers to Balcón de Europa and other areas of the town centre.
Reduced-Price Rides and Quiet Hours
Fairground rides will cost €3.50 from Thursday 8 to Sunday 11 October.
Prices will be reduced to €2 on Monday 12 October for Children’s Day.
The fairground will operate without music every day from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. These quiet hours are intended to make the Feria more accessible to visitors with auditory, sensory or other additional needs.
