How to get around Málaga Fair 2026 by bus: 24-hour Line F, schedules and special connections
EMT Málaga will once again connect the city centre with the Cortijo de Torres fairground 24 hours a day, while 16 special night bus routes will link different neighbourhoods with the Real for €2 per journey.
Getting between the two main areas of the Málaga Fair 2026 will be easier thanks to the special bus network operating throughout the celebrations.
Line F will once again be one of the main options for travelling between the Fair in Málaga city centre and the Cortijo de Torres fairground, running 24 hours a day.
It will be joined by 16 special night bus routes connecting different neighbourhoods across Málaga directly with the fairground. These special services will cost €2 per journey, with payment available in cash or by bank card.
For both residents and visitors, public transport offers a particularly convenient alternative to driving during a week when road closures, large crowds and high demand for parking can make travelling around the city more complicated.
Line F: from Málaga city centre to the fairground 24 hours a day
The main route in the special transport plan will once again be EMT Málaga’s Line F.
Its purpose is to connect the two main areas of the Fair: Málaga’s Historic Centre, where much of the daytime atmosphere is concentrated, and the Cortijo de Torres fairground, where marquees, rides and concerts continue well into the early hours.
The city centre stop will be located on the north side of Alameda Principal, making it easy to board close to Calle Larios and the main areas of the daytime Fair.
From there, buses will travel directly to the fairground.
As this is a special Fair service, the ticket will cost €2 per journey and can be paid for in cash or by bank card.
Can you use a normal Málaga bus pass on Line F?
Line F is considered a special Fair service, meaning it operates under different conditions from EMT Málaga’s regular routes.
The fare is fixed at €2, and standard public transport passes and tickets are not valid on this special service.
Visitors who only want to travel into the city centre can continue using the normal urban bus network, where the usual tickets and travel cards remain valid according to the conditions of each service.
For anyone staying in an area with a regular direct connection to central Málaga, it may therefore make sense to use a standard bus during the day and switch to Line F for journeys between the centre and the fairground.
16 special buses will connect Málaga neighbourhoods with the Real
At night, the transport network expands considerably.
From 8:00 pm, 16 special routes will begin operating directly from different areas of Málaga to the Cortijo de Torres fairground.
These buses will display special “Feria” signage, making them easier to identify.
The first departures from the neighbourhoods are scheduled for 8:00 pm, while the final buses leaving the fairground will continue until approximately 6:00 am the following morning.
These are the special Málaga Fair 2026 bus routes
The special night network will cover neighbourhoods across much of the city:

- Line 3A: Puerta Blanca – Avenida de Velázquez – Huelin.
- Line 3B: Ayala – Huelin – Héroe de Sostoa.
- Line 4: Bus Station – Cruz de Humilladero.
- Line 5: Guadalmar – San Julián.
- Line 7A: Arroyo – Camino de Suárez – Gamarra.
- Line 7B: Térmica – Misericordia – Huelin.
- Line 8A: Mármoles – Camino de Antequera.
- Line 8B: El Cónsul – Colonia Santa Inés – Soliva.
- Line 9: Direct service from Churriana.
- Line 11: El Palo – Pedregalejo.
- Line 17: La Palma – Virreina.
- Line 19: Campanillas – Santa Rosalía.
- Line 21: Puerto de la Torre – Junta de los Caminos.
- Line 38: Granja Suárez – Carlinda.
The network makes it possible to reach the fairground directly from many parts of Málaga without first travelling into the city centre.
How much do the special Málaga Fair buses cost?
All of these special night routes will have a flat fare of €2 per journey.
Tickets can be paid for in cash or by bank card directly on the bus.
Because they are special Fair services, the usual travel cards and passes used on Málaga’s regular urban bus network will not be valid.
This means that both Line F and the special night routes connecting neighbourhoods with the fairground will operate with their own dedicated fare.
Where do you catch the buses at the Cortijo de Torres fairground?
Once inside the fairground, finding the bus area should be straightforward.
The stops will be located next to the main entrance to the Real, in the Camino de San Rafael area.
There will be three platforms for passengers getting on and off buses, with services departing towards the different neighbourhoods of Málaga.
Having the special bus routes concentrated in one area also makes it easier to find the correct service when heading home after a night at the Fair.
Buses for travelling home in the early hours
One of the main advantages of the special transport plan is its extended night-time timetable.
The neighbourhood services will continue until around 6:00 am, while Line F will maintain its connection between the centre and Cortijo de Torres 24 hours a day.
This makes it possible to enjoy an evening at the fairground without depending on a private car or trying to find a taxi during the busiest periods.
For visitors planning to continue the night in the city centre, Line F also provides a direct connection between the two main Fair areas.
How to get to Málaga Fair from Torremolinos, Fuengirola or Benalmádena
Visitors travelling from elsewhere on the Costa del Sol will also have several public transport options.
In addition to EMT Málaga’s urban services, intercity buses connect Málaga with destinations including Alhaurín de la Torre, Rincón de la Victoria, Torremolinos, Benalmádena Costa and Fuengirola, among others.
Another particularly useful option from the western Costa del Sol is the Cercanías local train network, which connects Málaga with Fuengirola, Benalmádena and Torremolinos.
Those heading directly towards the fairground can use Victoria Kent station as a useful reference point, as it is located relatively close to Cortijo de Torres.
For the city centre Fair, however, it is generally more convenient to continue to Málaga Centro-Alameda station and walk from there.
City centre or fairground? Which bus should you take?
The best option will depend on where you are travelling from and which part of the Fair you want to visit.
If you are already in the city centre and want to travel to the Cortijo de Torres fairground, Line F is the most direct option.
If you want to travel straight to the Real from a Málaga neighbourhood in the evening, the 16 special routes mean you do not need to pass through the city centre first.
During the daytime, EMT Málaga’s regular services remain a useful option for reaching the Historic Centre and areas close to the fairground.
And for travelling home in the early hours, the special night buses and Line F will keep public transport running until morning.
