Concerts in Málaga from 10 to 16 August: Malú, Lola Índigo, Vanesa Martín and Antonio Orozco

Live music once again takes centre stage on the Costa del Sol from Monday 10 to Sunday 16 August 2026. Marbella and Fuengirola will welcome some of the best-known names in Spanish music over the coming days, including Malú, Iván Ferreiro, Lola Índigo, Vanesa Martín and Antonio Orozco, alongside several special shows.

The two main venues will once again be Starlite Occident Marbella and Marenostrum Fuengirola, with performances scheduled almost every day until the end of the week. Available tickets currently start from €14, although prices vary depending on the artist, seating area and availability.

The main exception comes on Wednesday 12 August. HAUSER’s concert, originally scheduled to take place that evening at Starlite, is officially listed as cancelled.

Monday 10 August: Malú opens the week at Starlite Marbella

The first major concert arrives on Monday 10 August, when Malú returns to the Starlite Occident Marbella auditorium.

The Madrid-born singer will look back over a career spanning more than 25 years, during which she has established herself as one of the leading voices in Spanish pop.

Songs such as Aprendiz, Blanco y Negro, Ahora tú and Invisible form part of a catalogue that has connected with several generations of fans.

The concert begins at 10:00 pm, with doors opening at 8:00 pm. Tickets are currently available from €29.

Tuesday 11 August: a journey back to Spanish pop in the 1980s

Starlite changes direction on Tuesday 11 August with Noche Movida, a show built around some of the artists and songs associated with Spain’s famous 1980s pop scene.

The stage will bring together Cómplices, Marilia, Nacho Campillo, Pablo Carbonell and Rafa Sánchez, with Víctor Elías as musical director and Fran Perea presenting the evening.

Rather than a conventional concert, the show offers a nostalgic journey through a decade that transformed Spanish popular music and produced songs that remain instantly recognisable more than 40 years later.

The performance starts at 10:00 pm, with tickets currently available from €21.

Thursday 13 August: Iván Ferreiro in Marbella and Alejandro Astola in Fuengirola

After Wednesday’s gap in the main programme following the cancellation of HAUSER, Thursday brings two simultaneous concerts to the Costa del Sol.

In Marbella, Iván Ferreiro will make his debut on the Starlite Occident auditorium stage.

The Galician singer-songwriter will bring his distinctive alternative pop and rock sound to the festival, combining songs from his long solo career with tracks connected to his years as frontman of Los Piratas.

One of the most eagerly awaited songs is likely to be Turnedo, one of the best-known tracks in his repertoire. The concert starts at 10:00 pm, with tickets available from €22.

At the same time, Alejandro Astola will perform on the Fundación Unicaja stage at Marenostrum Fuengirola.

The Seville-born artist, known for mixing flamenco roots with rock, funk and other influences, arrives with strong demand from fans: the official website currently lists the concert as sold out.

Doors open at 8:00 pm and the show begins at 10:00 pm.

Friday 14 August: Lola Índigo and Vanesa Martín lead one of the biggest nights of the week

Friday 14 August is set to be one of the strongest nights on this week’s live music calendar, with two of Spain’s most popular female artists performing at almost the same time in Fuengirola and Marbella.

Lola Índigo will take over the main stage at Marenostrum Fuengirola with one of the largest productions of the week.

Dance, choreography and major visual production will accompany hits including La Niña de la Escuela, El Tonto and Mujer Bruja.

Doors open at 8:00 pm and the concert starts at 10:00 pm. Tickets are available from €66, including VAT and booking fees.

A short distance away, Vanesa Martín will return to her home province for another performance at Starlite Occident Marbella.

The Málaga-born singer will present songs from her Casa Mía project alongside some of the tracks that have defined her career, making this a particularly special date due to her strong connection with Málaga.

The concert begins at 10:00 pm, with tickets currently available from €37.

Saturday 15 August: 30 years of Omega and Antonio Orozco at Marenostrum

Saturday offers two very different options.

Starlite Occident will host Omega 30 Aniversario, a live celebration of one of the albums that transformed the relationship between flamenco, rock and experimentation in Spain.

The project revisits the legacy of the landmark record created by Enrique Morente and Lagartija Nick, this time featuring Kiki Morente and Lagartija Nick on stage.

The performance once again brings together flamenco singing, the poetry of Federico García Lorca, the influence of Leonard Cohen and the electric energy that turned the original album into a landmark work.

The concert begins at 10:00 pm, with tickets available from €22.

Meanwhile, Antonio Orozco will take to the main stage at Marenostrum Fuengirola for another of the week’s biggest concerts.

Fans will be able to hear songs including Devuélveme la vida, Estoy hecho de pedacitos de ti and Mi héroe, alongside more recent material from the Barcelona-born artist.

Doors open at 7:30 pm, with the concert scheduled to start at 9:30 pm. Tickets are available from €49.50.

Sunday 16 August: magic at Sohail Castle to end the week

The week ends on Sunday with something different from the concerts of the previous days.

Mago Orbit will bring his show Acero 2.0 – Sohail Mágico to the Fundación Unicaja stage at Marenostrum Fuengirola, with a performance designed for families and audiences of all ages.

Large-scale illusions, visual effects, lighting and disappearance and appearance tricks will form part of a show made even more distinctive by its setting beside Sohail Castle.

Doors open at 8:00 pm and the show begins at 9:30 pm. Tickets start from €14, making it the lowest starting price among this week’s featured events.
