Rincón de la Victoria Fair 2026: dates and free children’s entertainment

Rincón de la Victoria is preparing to celebrate its summer fair in honour of the Virgen del Carmen. The programme will run from Wednesday, 15 July to Sunday, 19 July 2026, with musical, cultural, sporting and children’s activities taking place across several locations in the municipality.

One of the most eagerly awaited moments for families will arrive on Thursday, 16 July, when Plaza Al-Ándalus hosts a series of free activities from early in the morning.

Giants, big-headed figures, churros and music for children

The children’s programme will begin at 9:30 am with the return of the traditional parade of giants and big-headed figures, accompanied by the Sí o Ké brass band.

After the parade, families will be able to enjoy hot chocolate with churros and a children’s performance by Quimirock. At 12:00 pm, the election of the Children’s Fair Queen and King will take place.

The return of the traditional giants and big-headed figures is one of the main new features of this year’s fair and responds to one of the activities most frequently requested by local families.

Children’s Day will take place on 14 July

Although the fair officially begins on 15 July, the rides installed at the Huerta Julián fairground will offer reduced prices on Tuesday, 14 July, as part of Children’s Day.

A quiet hour without music or loud sounds will also take place from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm, making the fair more accessible for children and visitors who are sensitive to noise.

Carmen Camacho will deliver the opening speech

The official opening will take place on Wednesday, 15 July at 10:00 pm in the Municipal Auditorium.

Dancer and teacher Carmen Camacho will deliver the opening speech. Falete and Joana Jiménez will then perform, with free admission until full capacity is reached.

The election of the Youth Fair Queen and King will take place a few days earlier, on 11 July, as part of the third Bezmiliana Flamenco Fashion Show in Plaza Al-Ándalus.

The Virgen del Carmen will take centre stage on the main day

Thursday, 16 July will coincide with the Feast of the Virgen del Carmen, one of the municipality’s most important celebrations.

The land and sea procession will begin at 8:00 pm and conclude with a fireworks display as the image returns to shore.

The fair will continue until Sunday with live music, competitions, youth activities, beach basketball, verdiales music, rociero choirs and the traditional Horse Day.
