Marbella Arena offers more than a hundred job positions for its June concerts
The positions are for waiter and waiter assistant, and can be applied for through Randstad. The construction industry registers a complaint per day for not complying with the intensive summer workday.
The Marbella Arena is looking to fill 150 waiter and assistant waiter positions for the festival taking place on June 20, 26, and 27. Those interested in applying for these positions can do so through the Randstad platform, which is managing the job listings.
Applications can be sent electronically via its website or app. Among the requirements are having at least one year of prior experience and possessing a B1 level of English. A temporary contract is offered for full-time work, during evening hours, on the previously mentioned days.
Job Offer Requirements
Randstad has listed the requirements for these vacancies, which include having a Secondary Education diploma, possessing a B1 level of English, and being skilled in tray handling.
They also request that applicants have a previous experience of at least one year as a waiter, waiter assistant, bar staff, or access control. Experience in festivals, events, concerts, or environments with large crowds will be valued.
Applicants must also be available for the event schedules (which will be in the afternoon) and having one's own vehicle or the ability to travel to the event area will be considered a plus.
Job Conditions
Regarding the employment conditions for the positions, a temporary contract is offered, in-person and with full-time hours. Work shifts will be in the afternoon, between the hours of 5:00 PM and 2:00 AM, "according to organizational needs," Randstad emphasizes. As for the salary, it will be 12 to 14 euros gross per hour.
The company has highlighted that workers will receive training prior to the start of their duties, and those selected will have the opportunity to participate in future events.
