The 2026 photoprotection report recognizes ISDIN as a leader in daily facial protection

The Spanish Association of Consumers has published the 'National Report on Photoprotection 2026', a guide aimed at helping consumers identify the most recommendable solar products on the Spanish market. Among the brands and categories analyzed, the association has selected the product Fusion Water Magic SPF 50 from the Spanish multinational ISDIN as the best urban facial photoprotector.

The report by the Spanish Association of Consumers evaluates aspects such as protection against UV radiation, dermatological tolerance, ease of application, user experience, market availability, and value for money, with the goal of providing practical guidance for consumers during the summer season.

Additionally, the association clarifies that the report does not replace an independent laboratory trial, since definitive certification of SPF and UVA would require independent tests according to ISO standards.

In this regard, the evaluation criteria for the study include: UVB / SPF protection; UVA protection; water and sweat resistance; dermatological tolerance; label clarity; ease of application; texture and user experience; value for money; availability in Spain; and suitability for the usage profile.
