This week, Ronda is enjoying the Pedro Romero Fair 2025, six days of horses, music, and Andalusian tradition: check out the full schedule.
One of the oldest and most famous fairs in Andalusia returns stronger than ever. The Goyesque atmosphere and equestrian tradition will mark the major days of September. Ronda is getting ready.
From September 2 to 7, 2025, Ronda will celebrate its Feria y Fiestas de Pedro Romero, one of the most emblematic events in the Andalusian calendar. For nearly a week, the city turns into a stage of tradition, music, equestrian shows, and festive atmosphere, bringing together both locals and visitors drawn by the charm of the Serranía.
The celebrations will begin on Tuesday, September 2 with the traditional Fair Parade, starting at 8:30 PM from Jerez Street and moving through the city center to the Ángel Harillo Fairgrounds. At the end, the lighting inauguration and the entrance of the fairgrounds will take place, accompanied by a fireworks show that will officially mark the beginning of the festivities. The first major musical event of the week will be that same night, with the concert of Raya Real at 11:00 PM at the fairgrounds.
The program will continue strongly on Thursday, September 4, a local holiday in Ronda. At 3:00 PM, the Equestrian Attire Contest will be held at Ángel Harillo, one of the most anticipated activities for horse enthusiasts. Later that night, at 9:00 PM, the President and the Goyesca Ladies will visit the Amaro Tent, in one of the most traditional acts of the fair.
Friday, September 5 will be another big day, with the awaited concert of Demarco Flamenco, who will take the stage at the fairgrounds at 11:00 PM to energize the audience with his fresh flamenco-pop style.
Over the weekend, the spotlight will be on the equestrian tradition. On Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 September, the Carriage Driving Contest will be held, organized by the Royal Carriage Club of Andalusia, once again filling the streets and spaces of Ronda with elegance and art.
