The hotel infrastructure in Marbella continues to grow, and an example of this is the new five-star hotel that will open its doors next July 1st in the heart of Real de Zaragoza beach.

Gran Marbella Resort & Beach Club is the name of this new establishment that belongs to the international firm Iconic Luxury Hotels, owner of symbolic spaces such as Palm House, Hotel Excelsior Venice Lido Resort, and Cliveden House. This is their first venture in Andalusia. "This strategic expansion offers our guests an international experience, allowing them to discover the incomparable beauty and cultural richness of this captivating coastal region," explains Andrew Stembridge, Executive Director of Iconic Luxury Hotels.

Features

The resort will have 135 rooms, of which 125 have a private terrace in addition to 10 exclusive suites with panoramic views—some with a private pool or jacuzzi—and a meeting room. Additionally, it will offer top-level facilities according to its five-star category, including four swimming pools, one for children, and a 24-hour fitness center open every day of the week.

Regarding dining, the new Iconic Luxury Hotels establishment offers various options to enjoy local cuisine. Among them stands out its Mediterranean-inspired restaurant Terraza, as well as several bars located in spaces such as the lobby, Andalusian-style gardens and green areas, and different swimming pools.

Likewise, the hotel's offerings are completed with its exclusive Amù Beach Club, an ideal place to enjoy the best sunsets on the beachfront. This space, which is part of an already established brand present in Monte Carlo with its Amù Monte Carlo restaurant, will feature two pools—one infinity and one indoor—dining, direct beach access, and an exclusive spa with stunning sea views, sauna, Turkish bath, and pool.

Thus, the new establishment opens its doors after renovating the hotel of the Vincci chain, which had been closed for several years. With an investment of 17 million euros, this accommodation resurfaces with a new offer. In this sense, the dynamics of this new location is to remain open all year round and not just during the summer season. In this way, jobs are preserved and not limited to the season.

Regarding the architectural style of the place, it is worth noting that the hotel's design, by the Goddard Littlefair studio, has paid tribute to Andalusian aesthetics with horseshoe arches, zellige tiles, and a color palette that refers to the earth, citrus fruits, and the sea. Likewise, the courtyards and outdoor spaces come to life through the presence of water and vegetation.
