San Diego Comic-Con Malaga 2025: Date Set to Buy Your Tickets

The most anticipated announcement on the most fitting day. Fans from around the world eagerly await the moment to buy tickets for the San Diego Comic-Con Málaga 2025. This May 4th is celebrated as International Star Wars Day, or as it is known in the geek community, May The 4th Be With You. The Force and good news are with us as the SDCC Málaga organization announces that tickets will be available from this May 15th.

Prices and the official sales platform are yet to be announced, but the organization emphasizes the priority of obtaining the 'Registration ID' from the official website of the San Diego Comic-Con Málaga. Without this pre-registration, there will be no option to purchase passes. Before May 14th, users will receive an email with this identification number.

The organization clarifies that the credentials are personal and non-transferable, so for group ticket purchases, each user over the age of 14 must have their own Registration ID.

How much could the tickets cost? It is all speculative at the moment, but an initial reference are the prices of the original San Diego Comic-Con, where a full four-day pass costs approximately 300 euros. This equates to an average of 75 euros per day. It is expected that the passes in Málaga will be in a similar range, although adjusted to the Spanish market, sources from the organization indicate.

The San Diego Comic-Con Málaga will celebrate its first edition from Thursday, September 25 to Sunday, September 28 this year at the Palacio de Ferias y Congresos of the capital. It expects to receive 60,000 visitors in its first year and during its four days, the Comic-Con will offer 300 hours of events and entertainment. This marks the first international expansion of the brand in more than half a century of success, not to mention its branch in Orlando.

Therefore, this international convention, one of the biggest entertainment events in the world, opens its European branch in Málaga thanks to the agreement with the Junta de Andalucía, through Turismo Andaluz and the Agencia Digital Andaluza, and the Málaga City Council.
