La Cheesequería opens in Marbella and will give away 1,000 cheesecakes to celebrate
The Málaga-based cheesecake brand opens its first Marbella shop on Thursday 27 August, with 1,000 free individual cheesecakes available from 7pm.
Cheesecake lovers in Marbella have a new address to add to their list. La Cheesequería is continuing its expansion across Andalusia and will open its first shop in the city on Thursday 27 August 2026, celebrating the occasion by giving away 1,000 individual cheesecakes.
The opening will begin at 7pm at the new store at Avenida de Nabeul, 3, in central Marbella. The free cheesecakes will be handed out to visitors while stocks last.
The Marbella opening marks another step in the growth of a brand founded in Málaga that has built its entire concept around one product: cheesecake.
1,000 free cheesecakes from 7pm
The launch promotion will be the main attraction on opening day.
From 7pm, the first visitors to arrive will be able to receive one of 1,000 free individual cheesecakes prepared especially for the opening.
The offer is limited and will end once all available units have been handed out, so anyone hoping to take part will need to arrive during the launch event.
The brand has used similar promotions at previous openings to introduce new locations and attract local customers.
From Málaga to Marbella
La Cheesequería already operates in several Andalusian cities, with a particularly strong presence in Málaga province.
The brand has shops in Málaga city and Fuengirola, as well as locations in Granada and Almería. Marbella now joins that list with a franchised store in a central location.
Its growth has been driven by a simple but highly varied concept: artisan cheesecakes available in a wide range of flavours, from classic recipes to versions inspired by popular chocolates, biscuits and desserts.
From classic cheesecake to Lotus, pistachio and Kinder Bueno
Variety is one of the brand’s biggest attractions.
Its range includes flavours such as La Viña, Lotus, white Oreo, pistachio, salted caramel, dulce de leche, Milka Oreo, Kit Kat, Chips Ahoy! and Raffaello, among others.
There are also versions where the cheese itself plays a stronger role, together with seasonal or limited-edition flavours.
Customers can also order full cakes in advance for collection, alongside individual portions for takeaway.
A new sweet stop in central Marbella
The opening also adds another casual food option to Marbella city centre during one of the busiest periods of the summer.
Its location on Avenida de Nabeul makes it easy to reach on foot from different parts of the centre and creates a new option for anyone looking for dessert or an afternoon treat without travelling elsewhere on the Costa del Sol.
The opening takes place on Thursday 27 August from 7pm, and the first visitors will have an extra reason to arrive early: the chance to pick up one of the 1,000 free cheesecakes being given away for the launch.
The Marbella opening and the brand’s products and locations can be checked on the official La Cheesequería website.
