Marbella boosts gaming culture with the organization of a national fair

Marbella will host from May 16 to 18 the 'Play Marbella Game Fest 2025', a leading event in video games, new technologies, and pop culture driven by the Youth Delegation. The Adolfo Suárez Congress and Exhibition Palace will be the venue for more than 300 activities aimed at all audiences, bringing together key players in the gaming ecosystem, such as influencers, streamers, ProPlayers, and companies, offering a varied program on video games, technology, digital art, illustration, and pop culture.

The event will feature high-level eSports competitions. Attendees can also enjoy professional racing and flight simulators, as well as participate in robotics, drones, and 3D printing workshops. Additionally, the initiative will have a Market Area with products and novelties from the digital world. Alejandro González, the Youth Delegate, highlighted that this activity "represents a unique opportunity to position Marbella as a benchmark in the world of digital entertainment and new technologies" and emphasized that Play Marbella Game-Fest 2025 "is a must-attend event for gaming enthusiasts, where they can enjoy a varied offer of activities and experiences related to the digital world and technology."

"This activity will kick off on Friday, May 16 with College Day, a day dedicated to educational centers, which will include socio-educational activities, talks, and free workshops. Saturday, May 17, and Sunday, May 18 will be the main days of the festival, with extended hours so that attendees can enjoy all the activities that the event offers," he added.
