Fomo Playa Opens in Pedregalejo: Revamped Maritime Menu, Nineties Style, and Beach Gifts

Returning to those summers of the 90s, that's what Fomo Playa, the new tavern from Grupo El Caserito promises, which opened its doors this Friday in Pedregalejo. With the same spirit as the original Fomo on Carretería street, but with the style and essence that the Pedregalejo seafront demands. The culinary offerings will also have some significant differences from its counterpart in the city center and will also offer all kinds of exclusive brand gifts, from umbrellas to towels, to beach chairs.

Fomo Bar transforms into Fomo Playa, just a few meters from the coastline of Pedregalejo, specifically at number 11 on Paseo Marítimo de Galeón. They promise to bring the essence of the bar concept to the beach, adding a touch of freshness, a few drops of the Mediterranean, and a spoonful of the casual flair that characterizes Fomo. Although this new opening and concept will offer much more, not only because of its renewed menu, but also because of its hours: open every day, from Monday to Sunday, starting at 9:00 AM – offering breakfast – and not closing until 12:00 AM – Sunday to Thursday – or 1:00 AM – Friday and Saturday.

The menu at Fomo Playa will maintain many of the great hits that have characterized Fomo Bar over the years, but it will also introduce new versions and multiple novelties that fit the new maritime proposal, such as their servings of fried fish. The menu, they warn, will be dynamic and will adapt to the season.

But what really stands out initially at Fomo is its design, executed by Lago Interioriza. The aesthetic of Fomo Playa, inspired by "the beach summers of the 90s," seeks to "recover the nostalgia of that era through vibrant colors, retro details, and a fun and relaxed atmosphere that invites you to enjoy the day by the sea."

Fomo Playa will feature a special promotion during this initial phase of the project, with exclusive brand gifts. "Customers who make a minimum purchase of 30 euros will receive a ticket and, at the bottom of it, they will find a QR code that they can scan to participate in the promotion and opt for different prizes," they indicate from Fomo, which includes multiple gifts: beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, kites, portable coolers...
