The music schedule in Málaga is relentless and packed with concerts and events for all tastes from Wednesday, March 26 to Sunday, March 30. From big names in Argentine rock and rising stars in Latin trap, to tributes that will delight the nostalgic and thematic festivals that will liven up the weekend. If you're thinking about experiencing live music, here are all the key events you won't want to miss.
The week kicks off strongly on Wednesday, March 26 with the legendary Argentine band Las Pelotas, landing at Sala París 15 with their powerful live performance full of alternative rock and energy. A concert highly anticipated by fans of Latin rock.
Thursday is full of interesting offerings. On one hand, in Sala París 15, Argentine artist Khea, a reference in trap and reggaeton, will perform a concert featuring hits like Ayer me llamó mi ex and Wacha. On the other hand, in Sala Trinchera, the young promise Aissa will arrive with her mix of urban sounds and honest lyrics, ideal for those looking for something more intimate and personal.
Friday, March 28 is synonymous with live music and in Sala París 15, Josué Rarujo and Obed Hernández will perform, two young talents with proposals that merge pop, flamenco, and Latin rhythms. If you prefer partying and national classics, Sala Trinchera hosts the Festival Partiendo la Pana, a double tribute to Estopa and Melendi that promises a festive and relaxed atmosphere.
Saturday, March 29 comes packed with plans and it will be hard to choose. At Teatro Cervantes, Rulo y la Contrabanda will touch the audience with their songs full of personal stories and melodic rock. Meanwhile, Sala Trinchera will welcome The Reytons, one of the most notable emerging British bands, with their indie rock full of attitude. Saturday night at Sala París 15 offers two unmissable appointments: on one side, Neon Collective, a tribute to three great bands—The Cure, U2, and Depeche Mode—that will delight fans of the '80s and '90s. And for those who want to continue the party, Uniko will offer a performance with free admission, ideal for those looking for cost-free plans.
The week culminates at Teatro Cervantes with the presence of Argentina, one of the great voices of current flamenco, who comes to Málaga to fill the theater with emotion and duende.
