The Royal Hospital of Mercy in Marbella will be the venue tomorrow, Wednesday, March 4th, at 7:00 PM, for the beginning of the ... Conference on Tartessos in Marbella. Researchers from the Spanish National Research Council and archaeologists from the Archaeology Institute of Mérida and National Award winners in this field, Sebastián Celestino Pérez and Esther Rodríguez González, will participate in the event.
During the meeting, they will address a new historical reality and will invite attendees to discover a civilization that for centuries was considered almost a legend and that today emerges strongly as a fascinating historical reality.
The audience will learn that recent excavations are changing everything they thought they knew and that, what previously seemed a myth, is starting to have names, places, and dates. These sessions will continue on March 11th and 17th.
