The 501st Legion Returns to Malaga for a Good Cause

The 501st Legion returns to Málaga. Star Wars fans have an appointment on Saturday, March 7th at the Aeronautical Museum, and also ... for a good cause, as it will support the work of the NGO Horizonte Proyecto Hombre, in Marbella.

The event will start at 10 in the morning, and entry is free. Attendees are encouraged to donate items in good condition that they no longer use such as clothes, books, toys, gym equipment, or mobile phones. All proceeds will go to the charity market and the solidarity store of Horizonte Proyecto Hombre Marbella. For each contribution, participants will receive a special aeronautical gift, and all donors will take part in a surprise raffle, as announced.

The event will last for four hours, as it is scheduled to end around two in the afternoon, and during this time, attendees can enjoy characters from the iconic saga created by George Lucas such as Jedi, Mandalorians, droids, soldiers of the imperial forces, and more.

Both entry and parking are free. The event is organized in collaboration with the Friends of the Aeromuseum Association, 501st Legion-Spanish Garrison, and Responsible Digital Education. In addition to seeing the famous movie characters, visitors can also tour the airplane cockpits at the Aeromuseum for free, located at Pierre-Georges Latecoer square, in downtown Málaga.
