The Puente Nuevo in Ronda has once again reached an international audience. The landmark appears in ‘Shelter: The Protector’, the action thriller starring Jason Statham and available on Prime Video.

Directed by Ric Roman Waugh, the film includes a sequence set in Ronda featuring a clear panoramic view of the Tajo gorge and Puente Nuevo, one of the most recognisable images in Málaga province.
