House of Boats

Located at Pier One in Málaga, on the site of the historic Malagueño building of the Boat House (dating from 1946), the Lucas and Hernández-Gil studio was responsible for transforming it into the headquarters of the Trocadero Group in Málaga. With a distinct maritime character, it offers spacious open spaces where you can enjoy both the well-known cuisine of Trocadero and the unique views of the city of Málaga.
