El Olivo de La Cala is located in La Cala de Mijas, a small town on the Costa del Sol, where we have been open as a restaurant since 2009, although our journey began in 2002 in a cozy restaurant in Calahonda.

Experience

Our dishes reflect the mix of nationalities of the team that forms this great family. Rafael, head chef and also owner of the restaurant, with more than twenty-five years of experience as a cook and a native of France, where he trained as a chef along with his partner Fali, born in Ronda, and the other professionals form a great team and demonstrate their dedication and passion for gastronomy every day.

By using seasonal products from our land as well as from other places, we have managed to develop a menu with more than fifty dishes where each diner can find a menu that fits their tastes and needs, also offering different options of dishes adapted for vegetarians or celiacs.
