Everyone knows, or has at least heard of, Los Marinos José, located opposite Carvajal Beach. It is a true institution on the Costa del Sol when it comes to seafood cuisine and top-quality produce. The restaurant, completely renovated in a modern and elegant style, now features an open kitchen overlooking the dining room, its always impressive display area —where the fish and seafood truly catch the eye— and a semi-glazed terrace. Everything here is excellent, but if you get the chance, we recommend trying the Motril shrimp, the Huelva king prawns or their famous red prawns. Many of the catches even come from their own fishing boats!
