Estepona will celebrate a new edition of its Fair and Major Festivities from 7 to 12 July 2026. Over six days, the town will come alive with music, fairground rides, food, live entertainment, equestrian traditions and activities for visitors of all ages.
The festivities will begin on Tuesday, 7 July, with the traditional parade of giants and big-heads, accompanied by the Charanga 404 brass band. The procession will make its way through the streets of Estepona after departing from Víctor de la Serna School.
Journalist Antonio Jiménez will then deliver the official opening speech, accompanied by a performance from Estepona-born flamenco singer Rocío Bazán.
The official opening of the fairground will take place at 10:30 pm, featuring the switching-on of the decorative lights, a performance by the Estepona Municipal Band and a fireworks display.
Throughout the week, the Municipal Marquee will host a wide range of free concerts and live shows. The headline performers include Nuria Fergó, Joana Jiménez, Los Yakis, Paco Candela and Número Uno with Diego Martín, as well as Samuel Vélez, Baraka & Ana Soto, Kiko Peña, Juan José Alcántara, Acontratiempo and the Roma Orchestra.
The programme will also feature a children’s party, a Children’s Day with discounted fairground rides, an afternoon tea for senior citizens, food-themed activities, performances by local dance schools, free horse-drawn carriage rides and the traditional Horse Parade.
The fair will conclude on Sunday, 12 July, with a full programme of music and dance performances, the 9th Andalusian Tack Competition and a bullfight at Estepona Bullring.

👂 Hearing protection: visitors with extreme sensitivity to loud sounds can collect free ear protectors from the Civil Protection stand.
👨👩👧👦 Audience: activities are available for children, teenagers, adults and senior citizens.
💃 Dress code: traditional Andalusian clothing is recommended for those taking part in the Horse Parade.
General admission to the fairground and all performances at the Municipal Marquee is free. Some separate events, including the bullfight, require the purchase of a specific ticket.
Estepona Fair 2026 programme
🕗 8:00 pm: parade of giants and big-heads accompanied by the Charanga 404 brass band. The parade will depart from Víctor de la Serna School and continue through the streets of Estepona.
🕘 9:00 pm: official opening speech by journalist Antonio Jiménez, featuring a performance by Rocío Bazán. The event will take place on the extension of Avenida Juan Carlos I, at Plaza de la Fuente beside the Athletics Stadium.
🕥 10:30 pm: official opening and switching-on of the fairground lights, accompanied by the Estepona Municipal Band and a fireworks display.
🕦 11:30 pm: performance by the Ballroom, Cabaret and Oriental Dance Group directed by Mariví Rodríguez, together with flamenco dancer Claudia Ramírez, known as “La Marivilla”. Municipal Marquee.
Wednesday, 8 July – Children’s Day
🕒 3:00 pm: Fried Egg Day. A free fried egg dish will be offered with the purchase of a drink at the Municipal Marquee.
🕒 3:00 pm: performance by Samuel Vélez.
🕕 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm: happy hour at the Municipal Marquee.
🕖 7:00 pm: children’s party featuring entertainment and a magic show.
🕙 10:00 pm: performance by the Roma Orchestra.
🕛 12:00 midnight: performance by Número Uno with Diego Martín, presenting La Playlist de tu Vida.
🕜 1:30 am: further performance by the Roma Orchestra.
Fairground rides will offer discounted prices for children throughout the day.
Thursday, 9 July
🕒 3:00 pm: performance by Baraka & Ana Soto.
🕕 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm: free horse-drawn carriage rides, departing from the stop opposite the Municipal Marquee.
🕕 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm: happy hour.
🕖 7:00 pm: afternoon tea for senior citizens, featuring entertainment from the Mónica Peña Academy and refreshments provided in collaboration with Los Remedios Bakery and Patisserie.

🕒 3:00 pm: Paella Day. A free serving of paella will be offered with the purchase of a drink.
🕒 3:00 pm: performance by the Acontratiempo Group.
🕓 4:00 pm: performance by Ana Guerrero’s Sólo Flamenco Academy.
